Terms of Return
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Condition of Items
- Artwork must be returned in its original condition, securely packaged, and undamaged.
- Custom commissions and digital downloads are non-refundable unless defective.
Reasons for Return
You may request a return if:
- The artwork arrives damaged during shipping
- You received the wrong item
- There is a defect in the print or product
Return Process
- Contact us at ronald.paul.ritzie@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item if applicable.
- We will respond with return instructions and a shipping address.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
